One child started before he was three after his grandparents thought it was funny to give him cigarettes.The figures come as people are being urged to quit the habit as part of National No Smoking Day.

So over in Wales they're coming down hard on this one town where kids start smoking in about the 3rd grade. Get the fuck over yourself Wales, the rest of the country starts in the 6th grade. The country clearly has a lax attitude towards smoking, lets not demonize the city where 3rd graders smoke. In all seriousness, everyone in this country must just smell like shit. Like an old lady who smoked for 50 years is the kind of smell that permeates throughout the whole country. They need to give these kids some weed and call it a day
